Delete your RogerDeck account

In the app

1. Open RogerDeck and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete your account. The screen lists what goes and what stays.
3. Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

The app tells you when something has to change first. If you're the Crew Chief of a day that hasn't wrapped, hand it to someone else on that day, or wrap it once it's open. A scheduled day can't be wrapped, so if nobody else is on it, it stops blocking you the day after its date. If you started a Talkie that hasn't ended, end it first. If you're the only owner or admin of a company with other people on its roster, one of them has to become an owner or admin first. The app can't do that yet, so write to hello@rogerdeck.com and tell us who. We confirm it's you with a text from our own phone, then make the change. Deleting can't be undone.

Without the app

Write to hello@rogerdeck.com and ask us to delete your account. Include the phone number you sign in with.

To check that the account is yours, we send a text from our own phone to the number on the account, and you answer it.

Then we delete it the same way the app does, within 15 days, and we write back to tell you when it is done.

What deleting erases

We erase your name, your phone number and email address, your date of birth, your emergency contact, your certifications and the diagnostic reports you sent, and your printed badge stops working. Anything still assigned to you goes back to your department.

What stays

The work itself stays in the production's records, shown as "Former crew member": the shows and days you worked and your hours, the tasks you created or finished, what you sent on the radio and who heard it, and the invitations you sent. We also keep the record that you accepted our terms while you had the account. If you are invited again with the same phone number, the new account starts empty.

Voice is not kept. A transmission goes live to your crew and is not recorded, so there is no audio to delete.

A request sent through this website

We keep a request sent through this website's form for 12 months and then delete it from our database. The copy that reaches our inbox stays until we delete it. To have both deleted sooner, write to the same address.
